An interactive, beginner-friendly course exploring the connection between soil, food, and health. Learn how conscious food choices impact gut microbiome, overall well-being, and disease prevention. Participants will gain hands-on experience in seasonal meal planning, food preservation (fermenting, dehydrating, canning, freezing), and nutritional analysis of harvested produce.

Planting to Poop (Extended Course)🚜🌿
A comprehensive 6-week version of the Food is Medicine Series, capturing the entire growing cycle - from planting to harvest. Participants will engage in choosing seeds and varieties, farm planning, farm labor, and gaining a deeper understanding of regenerative agriculture’s role in human health.

Space is limited. Enrollment in the course will be confirmed via email. Individuals can take single classes instead of the entire series if preferred (price adjusted accordingly). Dates and times subject to change based on supplies and weather.
